1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website operated by Pyro Pulse ("Organization", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing this site or participating in PyroPulse campaign streams, content creation, or referral programs.
2. User Roles & Account Eligibility
Access to authoring capabilities is granted to approved Users and Admins. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and password reset mechanisms.
Digital Marketing & Account Compliance
- Authentic Identity: Content creators and brand partners must provide accurate account information and maintain security for password reset channels.
- FTC & Advertising Guidelines: Users engaging in social marketing, referral sharing, or sponsored content must comply with applicable promotional disclosure regulations (e.g. clearly identifying sponsored links or affiliate rewards).
- Anti-Bot & Fraud Controls: Automated manipulation of referral links, artificial click generation, or fraudulent pulse redemptions will result in immediate account termination.
3. Articles & Content Submission
Authors retaining editorial rights over their contributed articles grant Pyro Pulse a non-exclusive license to publish, display, and share articles, video media, and research reports across web and social channels.
Digital Content Strategy & Multi-Channel Syndication
This non-exclusive license grants PyroPulse the right to adapt, format, highlight, and distribute submitted content across social media channels, promotional banners, spark newsletters, and digital partner feeds to maximize content reach and engagement.
Authors warrant that all submitted articles, media, and research are original works that do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property or copyright agreements.
4. Social Marketing, Pulses & Loyalty Ledger
PyroPulse operates dynamic flash deal streams ("Pulses") and an immutable loyalty points system designed to reward genuine audience participation and creator engagement.
- Referral Tracking: Points and multipliers are awarded based on verified, unique campaign engagement and referral conversions.
- Sponsor Deal Parameters: Flash deals and limited-time pulse promotions are subject to sponsor availability and specified campaign deadlines.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Inquiries regarding legal terms should be directed to info@pyropulse.com.
Any legal disputes or proceedings arising out of or related to these Terms of Service or your use of the PyroPulse platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
